Military Career Beginnings

General Seth was commissioned into the 2nd Lancers (Gardner’s Horse) on 20 December 1986. This regiment is one of the oldest and most respected units in the Indian Army. His early years in service were marked by hard work and dedication.

He quickly stood out for his skills. He won the Silver Centurion award in the Young Officers Course and ranked first in several military courses.
