Vaibhav Pawar was born on 13 August 1988 (age: 35 years, as of 2023) in Barghat, a small town in Seoni district of Madhya Pradesh. His parents, D.S. Patle and Lata Pawar Patle, were both teachers and instilled in him the values of hard work, honesty, and service. He grew up in a humble and modest background, but never let that deter him from pursuing his dreams. He was always interested in politics and social issues and was inspired by the power and influence of a district collector who took action against some miscreants who were disrespecting a historical site in his village. He decided to join the civil services one day and serve the nation.
He completed his schooling at various Kendriya Vidyalayas and St. Paul’s School in Barauni, Bihar. He was a bright and meritorious student who excelled in academics as well as extracurricular activities. He was also a keen debater and quizzer who participated in various competitions at the state and national level. He secured admission to the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering. He graduated in 2001 with flying colors and was awarded the gold medal for his academic performance.
He then went on to pursue a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Barkatullah University in Bhopal, where he specialized in urban-rural management and human resources. He completed his MBA in 2003 and was ready to embark on his professional career.

Political Career

Vaibhav Pawar’s political career began in 2005 when he joined the BJYM as a state executive member. He was impressed by the ideology and vision of the BJP and its leaders, especially Narendra Modi, who was then the chief minister of Gujarat. He was inspired by Modi’s development model and his charismatic leadership. He decided to dedicate his life to the service of the party and the nation.
He soon proved his mettle as a capable and efficient leader who could mobilize and motivate the youth. He was given various responsibilities and assignments by the party, such as the state co-convenor of the social media cell, the state vice president of the Yuva Morcha, and the national executive member of the BJYM.
