Lucknow: Munawwar Rana, a renowned Urdu poet and author, passed away on January 14, 2024 night at the age of 71 due to a cardiac arrest. He was suffering from a chronic liver disease and had undergone surgery on Thursday. He was admitted to the PGI Hospital in Lucknow, where he breathed his last.
