She did not stop there. Menka also earned a certification in Investment Banking from ICFAI, Hyderabad. The same year, she founded Ampowering, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to fighting homelessness, food insecurity, and social isolation. Fashion and Event Production Career

Menka’s passion for fashion and event production gave her another platform to empower people. In 2018, she became the CEO of North America Fashion Week (NAFW). Under her leadership, the event brought together designers from India and North America, creating a space for cross-cultural exchange.

She collaborated with celebrated designers like Neeta Lulla, Vikram Phadnis, and Nikhil Thampi, giving them opportunities to showcase their work internationally.
